SUMMARY:INTERNATIONAL COASTAL CLEAN UP
DESCRIPTION:Join hundreds of thousands of volunteers across the globe in the annual International Coastal Clean Up sponsored by the Ocean Conservancy. Event will start at 10AM up on the Tybee Pier. We’ll be joined by representatives from Surfrider GA\, Monomet GA Bight Shorebird Conservation\, the Tybee Island Marine Science Center\, Oceana\, and Savannah Refillery . We’ll also have trained volunteers counting every piece of litter we remove for inclusion in the Ocean Conservancy’s annual Marine Debris Report. Bring friends and family and help keep the ocean clean while learning more about GA coastal conservation!
